Dispatch, delivery & tracking
Dispatch

UK delivery time

Addresses, delays & issues
- Please check your shipping address at checkout — we use it to label your parcel.
- If a parcel is marked delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbours and your delivery provider, then email us.
- If an item arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contact us promptly so we can help under our returns policy and your legal rights.
- We currently focus on UK delivery. For other destinations, email us before ordering.
