The contract
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we send an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if there is an obvious pricing error, a stock issue, a fraud concern, or if we cannot deliver to your address.
Prices & payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We do not offer coupon or discount codes. Payment is taken through our checkout using [Payment processors you use, e.g. Stripe / PayPal].
Delivery
UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend and no delivery charge. Timing and other delivery details are in the Shipping Policy.
Cancellation & returns
Our store offers returns within 7 days of delivery (see Refund & Returns). For most distance sales you also have a statutory 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Nothing in our 7-day store policy reduces your statutory rights.
Faulty goods
If goods are faulty or not as described, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you rights to repair, replacement or refund. Contact us and we will help. These rights are in addition to our returns policy.
Your account & site use
Keep your account details confidential. You must not misuse the site (for example by attempting unauthorised access, scraping in a way that harms the service, or posting unlawful content in reviews).
Intellectual property
Site content, branding and design are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that UK law says cannot be excluded. For other losses we are only responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live in the UK.
